This is a likeness realized during the CGMA Character Facial Sculpting course by Dmitrij Leppée.
Since I read Paul Ekman's books I wanted to realize a portrait with anger expression and I thought this was a good opportunity to do it. I found a reference face on 3D.SK and I was captured by the anatomical features of the man I portrayed.
It was Sculpted in ZBrush, Textured in Substance with XYZ skin texture. I used this technique to project all the texture of the multi-channel pack with complete accuracy. I finally used Xgen for the hair and Arnold for render.
I still would like to add more detail and adjust some aspects here and there but for the time being, I have to call it done.
